Refund policy

Returns

We have a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a return and get it back to us. 

We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! If you need to return an item, it should be in the same condition you received it - that means unworn and unused, with all the tags and in its original packaging. Don't forget to include your return paperwork. If you got any free gifts with your order, please return them too or they'll be deducted from your refund. We will refund you once we receive your items back and confirm they are in the required condition. 

Just a heads up, you'll need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. So please, before placing your order, double-check that you've got the right item before you commit to buy. If you have any doubts, we're here to help! You can reach out to us using email and we'll gladly answer all your questions.

To start a return, you can contact us at tim@23fm.cc so we can provide you with the return paperwork. All returns must be pre-authorised and will need to be sent with the return paperwork to the following address: 

23FM returns, c/o 37 Dales Drive, Wimborne, Dorset BH21 2JT

We recommend that you use a tracked service when returning your item as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post. You can always contact us for any return questions at tim@23fm.cc

Damages and issues
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If there's any problem, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can make it right for you. Call or contact us ASAP.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to place an order for the new item you want. Return the item you no longer want and we will then issue a refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if we've approved the refund. If we have, we'll automatically refund you on your original payment method within 1-2 business days. Please note that we'll only refund the cost of the item returned. We will not refund return postage (unless the item is faulty). Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, but we process them as quickly as we can.
